Our Mission
“Design, production and sale of products and services in the environmental field and in the control of vehicular traffic, which contribute to creating a better world.”
Since 1964…
Today’s Sodi Scientifica was incorporated in Florence, Italy. In 1964, in fact, Fiorello and Carla Sodi set up “Sodi Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche” as an Engineering firm. Subsequently, the company designed and produced electro-diagnostic equipment, products for environmental protection and electronic devices for the detection of road traffic. Thus it gave rise to the Environment Division – with water treatment products – and the Traffic Division with the Autovelox, a speed enforcement device, and other traffic detection equipment.
